Introduction
My name is Balázs Kádár, a physical education teacher at the Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism of the Budapest University of Economics and Business. You can visit my courses at the Lengyel Gyula dormitory or at an external location near Markó Street in the 13th district. I obtained my master's degree at the Hungarian University of Physical Education and Sports Science as a Physical Trainer, Physiotherapist and Health Promoter. Since 2022, I have been working as a CrossFit coach and a S&C coach (Strength and Conditioning). My daily task is to conduct the Physical Education Courses introduced in order to preserve the health of BGE students, and to promote a healthy/sporty lifestyle not only among students, but also among BGE employees. As an employee of the BGE Sport Office, my colleagues and I strive to make exercise enjoyable with exciting and colorful programs, because it is good to exercise/do sports. I look forward to seeing all my dear students in my courses and all my dear colleagues at the events organized by the Sports Office.
